Tarot Supreme has provided divination services in various settings; schools, offices, workshops, community gatherings, birthday parties, launch parties, grand openings, and more. Event pricing is determined by duration, location, setting, and approximate number of attendees. Please fill out the form below to inquire about an event booking when you are ready, and you will receive follow up within 48 hours.

Event Policies and Contract and Release

Event Policies: 1. The price of the event is based on the time, duration, location, setting, work conditions, and approximate number of attendees as noted in this form; hence, in the event that any of these details are different on the date of the event, my organization may be responsible to pay the difference for this discrepancy. (E.g.: Tarot Supreme is informed the event is from 3-5 PM, but on the day of, is expected to be present at 2pm for "set up." This extra hour will be billed and may be subject to an overtime rate.) 2. Tarot Supreme may terminate their participation in the event at any time if forced to endure improper work conditions, as defined at the discretion of the practitioner. 3. A 50% down payment is necessary to solidify all event bookings except those that will be paid for in cash or check. In the event of a cash exchange, this must occur in full upon Justin Henry's arrival at the event. In the event of a check payment, the check written out for the full cost must be received 12 business days prior to the event. 4. Bounced-checks will result in the organization and its representatives being forever banned from receiving services from Tarot Supreme. 5. All bookings made within 10 days of the event date are subject to the expedited booking rate, and this must be paid in full to solidify the booking, except otherwise noted by the practitioner. 6. Down payments (50% of the total for general event bookings, and 100% of the total for expedited event bookings) are nonrefundable, except in special circumstances which will be determined at the discretion of the practitioner. Contract: By providing my electronic signature below, I agree to the following terms: 1. I affirm that I am able to consent to this contract (i.e. I am of legal age and I am appointed as an individual with decision-making power for the larger organization that I represent) and that I will be personally liable in the event that this is not the case. 2. I understand that Tarot Supreme services are for entertainment purposes only and, on behalf of my organization, hereby release Tarot Supreme and the practitioner Justin Henry from liability for *any* risks or consequences incurred as a result of the provision of the services requested. 3. I have been informed of and understand Tarot Supreme policies and agree to discuss further details over email if needed. 4. I understand that any logistics planning done over email with Tarot Supreme practitioner Justin Henry takes precedence over the abovementioned policies in the event of contradictions due to the website being outdated, and that I may be required to fill out an updated event booking form in this circumstance.
